How to manage a root-canal dead or disconnected tooth and the associated breathing problems

How to manage a root-canal dead or disconnected tooth and the associated breathing problems

If your root-canal tooth is dead, it won't support the gums in the socket as much anymore, particularly if it is also cracked or has another infection...

In my case, the meridian it is connected to is the stomach, which is closely linked to the spleen. It's also underneath the upper tooth which goes to the hormones/pineal gland meridian. This explains why I didn't have many dreams when the socket came loose, after doing gymnastics and breaking the bondings on my front teeth, making my jaw smaller, putting pressure on the weakest link-- my dead tooth which couldn't hold onto the surrounding gums and loosened the periodontal ligament, and also because I took the front permanent lingual braces off because the pressure up there was annoying at night.

So eating and doing this stuff helps me manage it until I can or choose to get an implant:

Foods for the gums:

Sweet potatos are high in Beta carotene, Vitamin C, and Vitamin A, which helps rebuild bone/teeth but also build gums. The dead tooth is probably not going to rebuild its enamel, though.

Collagen foods = going vegan was terrible for me because I didn't know about this tooth being loose. Or at least get some amino acids supplement if you can afford it, in order to help synthesize the amino acids into the proteins your body needs.

Sound for the gums:

Listen to 85 hertz on a tone-generator. This frequency strengthens my gums and I feel my tooth is stronger in its socket, literally. Pretty amazing. That's why playing piano at night was so healing for me, and now that my acoustic is gone, I'm pretty sad. My digital piano has the opposite affect of making magnetic fields which are ungrounding at night time. But, that is just a drop in the bucket. This whole thing is a spiritual growth exercise for me.

Questions that challenge me are:
"How will you get $3800 for an implant?"

"What if that's not really the solution and there are MORE problems?"

"What if it damages my bone if a screw is put in it? isn't that also unnatural?"

"When will biogenesis for teeth be commercially available, if ever? is the cabal stopping that? Why?"

Toxicity from root canals:

I don't know if this is really a problem for me anymore, or specifically for everyone with a root canal, since I can manage to clean out the portion of my gums that are still working, and support my teeth until I get a implant...

But for humans that want to know, the dentists don't tell you that over 90 percent of root canal therapy procedures FAIL to sterilize the bacteria that caused the inflammation/swelling that took you to the dentist.

I recommend going to dentists that are trained with the keyword "biodentistry" because they have at least A LITTLE more of an open mind to what is really going on with your mouth; and they don't drill and fill everything, they try to save as much as possible of your teeth, rather than going thru a horrible process like this. In other words, I wish I hadn't been so afraid, and knowledge is power, but fear is the opposite of knowing; if I had been able to research and read more before I just went in there and decapacitated my tooth back in 2009ish I would have been a lot better off. But I wouldn't have had this spiritual-material journey of self-transformation the way i have had, either, would I?! So part of the blame is on me, but the other part is on the human dimension and our society which operates in a state of delusion and half-truths, stabbing ourselves in the foot.

Knowledge is a double-edged sword

Knowledge is a double-edged sword on which many impale themselves. The mind onli knows how to cut and separate, because as itself alone, can never have or be anything of its own, it can onli cut everything else that is sees as the outer jungle. The mind can onli grasp things in duality, and loses sight of what is known deeper. Thus it is a tool as a veil that covers, and a tool as one that cuts, but never as one that knows what is meant to be covered, and what is meant to be cut. Wisdom is necessary to guide knowledge, else it becomes abuse of power. 'What is a good man but a bad man's teacher? What is a bad man but a good man's job? If you don't understand this, you will get lost, however intelligent you are.: It is the great secret.' Lao Tzu   https://www.organism.earth/library/document/tao-te-ching

: Sleep-apnea: solutions and healing, facial-development-theory and facts.

I'm not sleeping well now and I've had nightmares about drowning here and there since about 14 yrs old.  I remember waking up in the morning when I was a teen, trying to get up earlier than the other kids just so they wouldn't try to shame me about waking up later than them. 90% of those who have obstructive-sleep- apnea are undiagnosed. 65% to 80% of stroke patients also have Sleep-apnea. I couldn't admit to myself until recently, that I've had sleep apnea since I was a kid, periodically because of changes in growth versus the orthodontic treatment and teeth straightening procedures. I remember seeing a poster in a hallway before a school concert one night regarding the prevalence of sleep-apnea, but my mind rejected the possibility that I could be in that category. But my body knew there was something related to that.   I've always wondered if my teeth would have been better off without so much straightening from human hands and minds, if they were allowed to...

Gluten caused my teeth to get off track, my breathing to collapse

I remember thinking that allergies were something out there, or in the house that I couldn't control. I wondered why the rest of my family didn't have problems breathing for no apparent reason some days, when I did. Gluten > glue > poor-digestion > [autoimmune-reactions] body's-safety-system-self-harms > breathing and throat-airway-constriction > mouth-breathing causes malocclusion (see: mewing, orthotropics) > maloclusion causes other problems like further breathing-problems from lack of the correct-energy-flow-pathways. The allergies are actually coming from inside you, based on what you eat, at least much more than what is in the air with the pollen or dirt or animals.  Most allergies are just the peak of the iceberg, when the body is saying "I can't handle anymore! I have to sneeze."  It's what happens before you have allergies, that is the root-cause, not so much the allergies to a flower or dust or a cat.
