What are the largest economic-factors or quantum-choices in my life, that could positively help others?

What are the largest economic-factors or quantum-choices in my life, that could positively help others, and are equivalent or similar to the magnitude of when I chose to 'stop working' in 2020 coinciding with a plandemic? and then mentally chose to default on my loans payments because the government was offering a 'future' state of 'forgiveness'?

What choices could I make that will impact not onli myself but, by the law of squares, everyone else in my fractal-kinetic-field/ my life?

~1: Offering all my knowledge, and everything I've mastered, and services-to-others without any conditions, so that I flood the world with an open-system dynamic instead of a closed-economic-capacitance-system. Openness.

Offering it while keeping my capability to choose how I perform those services, but being unconditional about how much I must be compensated by the other, thus stepping out of the Rothschild's paradigm of limited-capacitance or rational-compensation, unlimiting myself and others, to raise the standard of service beyond a measurable quantity which can be correlated, measured, pre-empted and manipulated by the sake of sanity-induced wars by the elites.

~2: be myself and wait for invitations to guide other as a projector.

I'm not sleeping well now and I've had nightmares about drowning here and there since about 14 yrs old.  I remember waking up in the morning when I was a teen, trying to get up earlier than the other kids just so they wouldn't try to shame me about waking up later than them. 90% of those who have obstructive-sleep- apnea are undiagnosed. 65% to 80% of stroke patients also have Sleep-apnea. Gluten caused my teeth to get off track, my breathing to collapse

I remember thinking that allergies were something out there, or in the house that I couldn't control. I wondered why the rest of my family didn't have problems breathing for no apparent reason some days, when I did. Gluten > glue > poor-digestion > [autoimmune-reactions] body's-safety-system-self-harms > breathing and throat-airway-constriction > mouth-breathing causes malocclusion (see: mewing, orthotropics) > maloclusion causes other problems like further breathing-problems from lack of the correct-energy-flow-pathways. The allergies are actually coming from inside you, based on what you eat, at least much more than what is in the air with the pollen or dirt or animals.  Most allergies are just the peak of the iceberg, when the body is saying "I can't handle anymore! I have to sneeze."  It's what happens before you have allergies, that is the root-cause, not so much the allergies to a flower or dust or a cat.
